• quality; in accommodation, vehicles, and especially guides. We limit each guided tour to a maximum of 7 guests, unless specifically requested otherwise, so that the quality of each guest's experience is enhanced.

• innovation; new properties, new attractions and new concepts are constantly being sought and added to our portfolio, because we strive to lead rather than follow.

• attention to detail; not only in arranging each tour in careful detail, but also by adding the touches that make the difference between the expected and the special.

• total service; we are available to our guests 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, and guarantee a 24 hour response time to any requests and queries from our agents. However, total service also means always trying to pre-empt our clients' requirements.

We at African Wanderer are very aware of the effect that tourism can have on both the environment and the communities in which we operate, and we are committed to making only positive contributions in this regard. Namibia has a particularly fragile set of ecosystems and we will not allow any of our tours to impact negatively on any of them.
